Memphis Road Tours is a small business originally formed in 1998 by Mike Freeman as Mike’s Memphis Tours. His tours have evolved over the years to add more sites as his research has revealed more information. In 2010, Sue joined with Mike, adding her expertise. Upon the death of Mike, Sue took over the reins and continues her research on a regular basis to promote the city’s music history. Memphis Road Tours has an exceptional reputation in Memphis for sharing accurately what you want to know.
Mike co-wrote the definitive guide for Elvis fans, Memphis Elvis-Style and lived in Elvis’ Audubon Drive home for 8 years. Additionally, he co-wrote two other books, The Best of Elvis and Love Always, Patsy. Independently Mike published, My Treasured Memories of Elvis, and wrote Clarence Saunders & the Founding of Piggly Wiggly. He currently is a member and Treasurer of the West Tennessee Historical Society and a member of Shelby County Historic Commission.
